Infinite account initialization

(Account initialization is stuck and will not end. “Account initialization” message on screen).


Solution

Press “Edit Profile” and “Save” one more time. If the initialization doesn’t end you need to delete the account (purchased license will not be removed) and re-add it using “Add Account” feature (+ icon). If it didn’t work, wait for 5 minutes and try again.


Alternative solution: delete your account (purchased license will not be removed) and retry adding your account.
